Nothing survives in this habeas corpus petition as when the matter is called, Mr.Malarvannan, learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) states that acting on Crime No. 203 of 2026 filed by the petitioner, all three detenues i.e., wife and two children of petitioner were found in Mahatma Gandhi Home in Sriperumbudur, secured on 11.6.2026 and produced before the Court today. 2. Petitioner is also present in Court today. 3. Mr.Malarvannan states that the wife of the petitioner along with their children, had left the matrimonial home on account of certain differences of opinion between herself and the petitioner.
