In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action before the 2nd respondent. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and counter parties namely respondents 3 to 6 herein and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such complaint. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
