Learned counsel for the petitioner, taking me through the averments in support of the transfer application in the affidavit filed thereof, would contend that the petitioner is a permanent resident of Bhavani and therefore she is unable to travel nearly 100 kms to attend the proceedings at Dharapurm. Learned counsel also brings to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has the custody of 4 years old child and therefore seeks transfer of the case. 3. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner warranting transfer of the proceedings as sought for by the petitioner/wife. 4. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.183 of 2026 is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP No.4 of 2026 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Dharapuram and the same is transferred to Sub Court, Bhavani. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 5.
