Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Respondents have paid the amount due to the petitioner. As such, cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive further for adjudication by this Court. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
