When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and a charge sheet was also filed on 06.05.2026 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, vide e-filing No.LTN20260000966C202600043. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in this petition.
