P.P. …...... 02/ 24.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 435, 427, 379, 34 of IPC and under Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. It is alleged that the informant along with four persons were working when six to eight persons came in the motorcycle with arms and started beating them. The miscreants snatched many articles including fiber work machine, OTDR machine, power, meter, five mobiles and burn them and they also took cash Rs.10,000/- and gave threatening of their life for not informing the police and fled away. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with S.T. Case No.56 of 2024, arising out of Murhu P.S. Case No.67 of 2022 (G.R. No.743 of 2022), pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti, stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 7. Before parting with this order, from the record I find that the charge has been framed on 30.09.2024 and there are ten chargesheet witnesses, but none of them have been produce. Thus, I direct the Superintendent of Police, Khunti to produce the witnesses immediately. 8.
