When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report was filed on 22.01.2026. The said final report has been taken on file as C.C.No.51 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi, and the case is posted for hearing on 31.07.2026. 3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the said Court on the said date. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies and raise all permissible contentions with regard to the final report in the manner known to law. 4.
