I have taken into account the following (i) The case is of the year 2023. ii) Now, it is said to be pending for filing an application to add yet another person as an accused. (ii) Totally, it seems to be 10 witness in this case. Therefore, the application has to be decided first and thereafter, Trial has to commence, which has to go on. 3.
