MARIA CLETE, J This application has been filed to permit the applicant to let in secondary evidence by marking xerox copy of the document morefully described in the schedule annexed to Judges summon. 2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that owing to long passage of time and repeated handling and shifting of old records, the original document is presently non traceable. It is his further contention that the relationship between the parties is not in dispute and since the respondent has expressed her no objection for grant of Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner and also filed the consent affidavit in this regard. 3.
