Senior Counsel Sri.Krishnamurthy., on instructions submits that the entire amount has been paid. Hence, nothing survive for consideration. He also argued that, this Court vide order dated 08.08.2018 had directed the applicant to come with a memo, if they have any claims in the matter. As of today, no claims are made out. Senior Counsel therefore, submits that the amount has been fully paid.
