By the order dated 29.01.2026 in Crl.R.C.No.2853 of 2025, this Court had directed the return of the vehicle. 3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, when the petition was filed before the lower court, the return of both the goods and the vehicle was sought for and that inadvertently he had omitted to state about the goods in the prayer before this Court. 4. It is the case of the petitioner that he had valid license to transport, and the only allegation is that he had transported explosives in excess of the quantity permitted. This Court is of the view that an amendment to the said prayer cannot be permitted as the considerations for return of the goods and the vehicle are different. 6. In view of the above, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
