The reasons assigned in Paragraph 3 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the exorbitant delay of 1210 days are far from satisfactory. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
