For Applicant(s): Mr.Adarsh Subramanian ORDER This application has been filed seeking to modify the order dated 16.02.2026 passed in Application No.166 of 2024 in Application No.16 of 2024 in I.P.No.11 of 2019, wherein the applicants were directed to release the deposits standing in the name of the respondent. 2. Heard Mr.Adarsh Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. 3. The present application seeking for modification has been filed only on the ground that the applicants happen to be close relative of the delinquent. Even when the earlier order was passed on 16.02.2026, this Court had expressed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis APPLN No. 86 of 2026 __________ Page5 of 6 its view to the effect that just because the respondent happens to be a close relative, unless there is any material to show their involvement in the commission of the crime, the amount cannot be permitted to be retained only on the basis of suspicion. 4.
