The writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith grant promotional pay-scale (grade of ₹7600) to the petitioner from the due date along with consequential benefits. 3. For the same relief, admittedly, the petitioner had approached the Public Service Tribunal and the Tribunal had disposed of the claim petition filed by the petitioner by order dated 22.07.2024 directing respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner. 4. The record does not indicate that any decision has been taken on the representation of the 1 2026:UHC:3284-DB petitioner so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner also shows ignorance in this regard. 5. In case the representation has not yet been decided, it is open to the petitioner to bring the said fact into the notice of the Tribunal by means of appropriate application. 6.
