P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No.161 of 2025, registered for offence under Sections 111(1), 111(4), 308(1), 308(5), 308(6), 109, 326(g), 61, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It has also been submitted that several co-accused persons have already been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. He undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail. 4. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the 2026:JHHC:8258 2 above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
