Mr. Rajat Chauhan, learned Assistant Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent. 2. The petitioner by way of present petition has sought directions to respondent No.2 to consider and decide his representation dated 02.03.2026 (Annexure P-2). In view of the order proposed to be passed in the present petition, no reply is required from the respondents and the petition is being decided on the basis of the material already existing on record. The 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:14412 ) petitioner had earlier filed the representation on 02.12.2025 seeking his transfer from Government Senior Secondary School, Badgran to one of the following stations; 1. GSSS Hatli Education Block Sihunta. 2. GSSS Garnota Education Block Sihunta, 3. GSSS Khargat Education Block Sihunta, 4. GSSS Samot Education Block Sihunta and 5. GSSS Dhullara Education Block Sihunta. 3. The first representation by the petitioner was made on 02.12.2025 seeking his transfer. Thereafter, the petitioner again made a representation on 02.03.2026, which stands forwarded by the Principal, GSSS, Badgran, Tehsil Bharmour, Chamba, HP to the Deputy Director of School Education, Chamba District Chamba, HP. However, no decision has been taken by the respondents on the said representations. 4. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has completed his normal tenure in the tribal area, the respondents/Competent Authority is directed to decide the representation dated 02.03.2026 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Needless to say that the competent authority shall take into consideration the 3 ( 2026:HHC:14412 ) guidelines issued by the State Government, while transferring the person, who already served in the tribal area. The State Government may take approval from the Election Commission to implement the orders in view Model Code of Conduct. 5.
