JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER Date : 20.04.2026 Heard Ms. Vanlalthlamuani, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks for condonation of thirteen (13) days delay in filing the connected cross objection in RFA No. 1 of 2026, which has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 30.10.2025 and the decree of the same date passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division – IV, Aizawl, Mizoram in Civil Page No.# 2/2 Suit No. 23 of 2017. Referring to the application, the learned counsel submits that the delay occurred due to bona-fide reasons and therefore, delay may be condoned. Ms. Laltlanhlui, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party, submits that she has no objection if the delay is condoned, as prayed for. In view of above, considering the submissions made and upon perusal of the application, the delay of thirteen (13) days in filing the connected cross objection is hereby condoned.
