The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No. 13631 of 2026 dated 02.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, B-1 Police Station (Big Bazaar Police Station), 1101, Vysial Street, Kadai Veethi, T.K.Market, Town Hall, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641 001 every day at 10.30 am for a period of 30 days” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, B-1 Police Station (Big Bazaar Police Station), 1101, Vysial Street, Kadai Veethi, T.K.Market, Town Hall, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641 001 once in a week at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
