No. 1548 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 6 ORDER The Writ Petition filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection enabling the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to carry out the survey the petitioners property comprised in S.No.428/2B measuring to an extent of 0.21.50 hectares, situated at kamandhoddi Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and fix the boundaries and to avoid any hindrance caused by the Respondents 4 to 7 at the time of surveying his property by considering the representation dated 17.06.2026. 2. It is seen that the petitioner owns a property situated at S.No. 428/2B, measuring an extent of 0.21.50 hectares, located in Kamandhoddi Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District. In order to fence the same, the petitioner applied to the 2nd respondent for a survey of the property, remitting the requisite fees to engage the 3rd respondent to survey the petitioner’s land. However, the 3rd respondent could not survey the property as respondents 4 to 7 were causing obstructions. 3. In view of the above, if the 3rd respondent faces any obstruction at the hands of respondents 4 to 7 while surveying the petitioner’s land, the 3rd respondent may very well seek police protection from the 1st respondent. No. 1548 of 2026 __________ Page4 of 6 counter-parties, conduct an enquiry, and pass orders to provide adequate police protection to the 3rd respondent while surveying the petitioner’s land in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the request from the 3rd respondent. 4.
