The applicant-Mohammad Saddam Ali Khan Son of Shri Mohammad Jafar Ali Khan shall be released on bail subject to terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 04.02.2021 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in DB Criminal Appeal No.66/2020.
