This is a petition seeking to condone of delay of 3439 days in preferring appeal against judgement of the Sessions Judge for trial of Bomb Blast Cases, Coimbatore in SC No. 189 of 2008. 2. The subject matter of appeal is Material Object No.1, which is Ambassador car. 3. When the matter had come up earlier, we had noted that petitioner is the owner of the car and that the order of confiscation of the car had been kept in abeyance. However, no orders had been passed for return of car as judgment of the trial Court was pending appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4. However, we are given to understand today that the Hon’ble Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal on 19.01.2025, which fact was not brought to our notice on the earlier four occasions. 5. For the above reasons, the delay of 3439 days in preferring appeal is condoned and this petition is ordered.
