The Learned counsel for the petitioner, taking me through the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer application would contend that the petitioner has to take care of her two minor boys and also expressed her difficulty in travelling all the way to attend the divorce proceedings initiated by the respondent/husband on the file of Sub Court, Rasipuram, in view of the fact that the petitioner is a resident of Gobichettipalayam, Erode District. 3. In the light of the above. I am inclined to allow the transfer of the proceedings as sought for by the petitioner/wife. 4. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.338 of 2026 is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP No.108 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Rasipuram and the same is transferred to the file of Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam. 5. The Sub Court, Rasipuram is directed to send the entire records relating to HMOP No.108 of 2025 to the file of Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs.
