The petitioner-Management is directed to pay 50% of the total outstanding amount in three instalments with equal amounts, and on failure to deposit any one of the instalments, the respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
