The result of the petitioner in NEET-UG-2026 examination was withheld in view of the offence registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with leakage of question paper. 3. Shri Sathianathan, learned counsel appearing for the CBI, on receipt of written instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner is not an accused in the said offence registered by the CBI. 4. In the circumstances, there is no reason to withhold the result of the petitioner, which is prayed by the petitioner in the present writ petition. 5. In the result, the writ petition is partly allowed in terms of prayer clause (1) which reads thus: “(1) Issue a writ of certiorari/Mandamus commanding Respondent no.1 (NTA) to immediately unblock, declare and release the official NEET (UG)-2026 Scorecard and marks of the petitioner (Roll No. 3111110308)”. 6.
