However, the said representations were not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petitions have been filed. 3.Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government’s Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioners’ representations dated 22.05.2026 and 16.02.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government’s Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in these writ petitions, this Court without expressing __________ Page3 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 24140 of 2026 any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioners’ representation dated 22.05.2026 and 16.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing due notice to the petitioners and concerned parties, if any within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of.
