This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 575 days in re-presenting the above appeal. 2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record. 3. Despite sufficient opportunities having been granted to effect service on the third respondent, neither has the Court notice batta been paid within the time stipulated by this Court, nor has AoS for the private notice been filed. Hence, this petition stands dismissed as against the third respondent. 4. On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned as against the other respondents.
