Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner retired on 01.07.2022 from the post of Professor (English), Department of B.S.M. (P.G.) College, Roorkee, District Saharanpur (Now Haridwar). He is claiming grade pay of ₹9000/- from September, 2012 and other consequential benefits. The representations filed by the petitioner before various authorities are stated to be pending. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University and learned Counsel for the State fairly state that the representation filed by the petitioner would be decided.
