No. 1448 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to provide necessary police assistance to restore the possession taken under the order passed by Honble Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirupathur, in Crl.M.P.No.4085 of 2025 dated 20.01.2026. 2. On perusal of the records and documents placed before this Court, it is seen that the petitioner has already taken possession of mortgaged property through Advocate Commissioner on 11.02.2026 itself. However, the respondents 2 to 4 had illegally trespassed into the property and broken the lock and seal. 3. In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation and conduct an enquiry after issuing due notice to the counter parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order on merits and in accordance with law. 3.
