2. I also considered the nature of the case. Though the offence under Sections 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code are mentioned, it can be seen that the dispute is essentially private in nature and as such can be quashed by this Court by exercise of its extraordinary jurisdiction as per the law laid down https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the final report and all proceedings in C.C.No.368 of 2025 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Tituttani, Tiruvallur stands quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 01-07-2026
