For Petitioner(s): Mr.N.Subramaniyan For Respondent(s): Mr.R.T.Vishnu for R1 Mr.S.Kalaiselvan for R2 to R4 C O M M O N O R D E R Contempt Petition No.1898 of 2026 has been filed praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 11.11.2025 made in W.P.No.42286 of 2025. 2.W.M.P.No.24338 of 2026 has been filed praying to grant leave to the applicants to file review application to review the order of this Court dated 11.11.2025 allowing W.P.No.42286 of 2025. 3.This Court vide order dated 11.11.2025 made in W.P.No.42286 of 2025 directed the writ petitioner to submit a copy of the representation along with a copy of the order and receipts with regard to payment of deposit contribution works charges before the official respondents and issued direction to the official respondents to shift the electric lines from the agricultural lands of the writ petitioner. Since the said order was not complied with, the writ petitioner has filed contempt petition. The neighbouring lands owners have filed the miscellaneous petition seeking leave to file review application on the ground https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CONT P No. 1898 of 2026 and WMP No. 24338 of 2026 In REV.APLW SR No. 93888 of 2026 that without impleading the neighbouring land owners as party in the writ petition, the writ petitioner obtained order from this Court and now the electricity Board is to erect electric poles in their lands. 4.This Court vide order dated 12.06.2026 issued direction to the writ petitioner and the review petitioner to file joint application to survey the property owned by them by producing necessary sale deeds and issued direction to the Surveyor to measure the property and to fix boundary stones in the presence of electricity board officials and directed the electricity board officials to erect electric poles in the land owned by the writ petitioner and file a report before this Court. 5.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the electricity board that due to non cooperation of the writ petitioner survey was not conducted by the department. 6.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and the contempt petition is closed.
