This Contempt Petition has been preferred by the petitioners against non-compliance of order dated 02.04.2025, passed in W.P.(S) No.2905 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel representing the opposite parties submits that the opposite parties are now revisiting their earlier decision to explore as to whether it is actually possible to grant the benefit of Health Insurance Policy to the MGNREGA workers, on the ground that if the same is extended to them, all the other contractual employees will also demand the same, which will put a 2026:JHHC:2463 huge burden on the State Exchequer. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out. 5. Accordingly, this Contempt Proceeding is dropped. 6.
