In this petition, the following prayers are made:- “i) Direct the respondents to take decision on the proposals submitted by the petitioner society for academic year 2019-2020, 2022- 2023, 2023-2024 and to make the payment of outstanding amount of Rs.10,16,340/- and further to take decision on the proposal dtd. 24/06/2025 Annexure-F thereby paying amount of Rs.10,20,000/- in a time bound manner with kind consideration and in the interest of justice and fair play. ii) Direct the respondents to decide the proposal for reimbursement as directed by this Hon’ble Court by way of order dtd. 21-11-2025 in W.P. No. 7185/2025, copy of order dtd. 9/1/2026 in W.P. No. 205/2026, copy of order dtd. 2-2-2026 in W.P. No. 812/2026 Annexure-G order dtd. 3-2-2026 in W.P. No.992/2026 Annexure-H, with kind 2 109.wp.6571.2026..odt consideration and in the interest of justice and fair play. iii) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper be granted in favor of this petitioner school, with kind consideration and in the interest of justice and fair play.” 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that, a similar issue has been decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.7185/2025 on 21/11/2025, in Writ Petition No.205/2026 on 09/01/2026, in Writ petition No. 812/2026 on 02/02/2026 and so also in Writ Petition No. 992 of 2026 on 03/02/2026. He, therefore, requests this Court to extend the similar benefit to the petitioner. 4. In light of the aforesaid order/judgment, we direct that, the case of the petitioner shall be scrutinized by the authorities concerned within a period of four weeks from today and the eligibility quantum be determined by the concerned authorities to which the petitioner is entitled. 5. If the petitioner is found to be entitled to the same amount, the same shall be reimbursed to it within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. 6. However, in case, the petitioner is not found to be entitled, it shall be communicated the reasons for its non-entitlement for the amount, which the petitioner is claiming, within a period of two weeks thereafter. 3 109.wp.6571.2026..odt 7.
