Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner herein is complainant seeking directions of expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Lalsot, District Dausa in Criminal Revision Petition No.21/2022 for last about four years. He further submits that after investigation, Police filed negative final report in the matter, against which a protest petition was filed by the petitioner, which was dismissed by the trial Court vide order dated 03.12.2021. Counsel submits that against the order dated 03.12.2021, the petitioner filed a criminal appeal, which was later on converted into criminal revision petition No.21/2022. Counsel submits that notices in the said revision petition were issued on 21.09.2022 and till date, the matter is pending for filing of reply on behalf of [2026:RJ-JP:11157] (2 of 2) [CRLW-271/2026] respondent No.2. Counsel submits that after issuance of notices, more than three years & five months have passed and yet the revision petition is pending for adjudication before the Revisional Court. Learned counsel submits that in these circumstances, learned Revisional Court may be directed to decide the revision petition at earliest. 2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to request the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Lalsot, District Dausa to make all endeavour to decide the Revision Petition No.21/2022 pending before it, at earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 3.
