The petitioner has been made accused in connection Balumath P.S. Case No.15 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.438 of 2025 (S.T. Case No.174 of 2025) registered for the offences punishable under Section 308 (3) and 308 (4) of the B.N.S., 2023. This is the second journey of the petitioner with the prayer for regular bail as earlier the prayer for bail was dismissed as withdrawn before this Court vide order dated 14.07.2025 passed in B.A. No.5720 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the informant received an unknown call for a demand of 5% of the total allotment for building construction in a particular project. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. Drawing attention of this Court towards the Supplementary Affidavit dated 24.12.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date no Test Identification Parade has been made in connection with this case. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 05.03.2025 as is evident from para-01 of the instant bail application and charge has been framed on 18.09.2025 but till date not a single witness has been examined. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No.15 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.438 of 2025 (S.T. Case No.174 of 2025) with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
