1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.(a) To call for the records pertaining to the recruitment on post of Advisor (Geology) under advertisement dated: 03/04/2021 from the respondent authorities. Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI Date: 2026.03.23 12:05:35 +0530
2 10.(b) To set aside the impugned appointment order dated: 28/10/2021 as well as entire selection process for the subject post. 10.(c) To grant liberty to the petitioner to apply for the post in the eventuality fresh advertisement is issued exempting the age bar. 10.(d) Cost of the present petitioner may also be awarded. 10.(e) Pass any other further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous, therefore, this petition may be dismissed being rendered infructuous.
