Sri B.V.S. Chalapati Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition, since Nidamarru Gram Panchayat is merged with Mangalarigi – Tadepalli Municipal Corporation. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
