Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent nos.1 and 3 to conduct a transparent and impartial enquiry regarding caste certificate of inhabitant of the Eastern Uttar Pradesh; II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent no.3 to Recruitment Board may be directed not to assign the duty on the respective post of candidates who have concealing their original identity and obtained caste certificate fraudulently; III. Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. IV. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioner." 3. After hearing substantial arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant Public Interest Litigation be dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the relief before the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ram Kumar Gautam Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
