M.P. No.8460 of 2026 in Crl. O.P. No.8259 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026 directing the Petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without any violation and hence, prayed to relax the condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police objected the application, however would fairly submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4. Considering the submissions made on either sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No.8460 of 2026 in Crl. O.P. No.8259 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition directing the Petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 10936 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 30-06-2026 MJS Note: 1.
