The said order was challenged by the respondent No.2 before the Hon’ble Apex Court by filing Civil Appeal No. 007838 of 2026 (Arising out of SLP{C} No. 17603 of 2025), wherein, a permanent alimony of Rs.25,00,000/- to the respondent No.2 was confirmed by the Hon’ble Apex Court. 2. Learned advocate for the applicant produces the copies of the orders passed by this Court in First Appeal p. 1 (GJHC240715972018) No.2296 of 2021 and by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 007838 of 2026 (Arising out of SLP{C} No. 17603 of 2025), which is taken on record. 3.
