On several earlier occasions as well, there was no representation for the Petitioner. 2. The present Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order refusing to discharge the Petitioner. 3. Heard the learned Legal Aid Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. Mr. A. Sai Rohit, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits that the trial is already in progress and that the case is posted on 14.07.2026 for execution of the warrant. He further submits that the charges have already been framed. Once the charges have been framed, there is no question of considering the discharge of the Petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed. 4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
