Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent. If any cognizable office is made out against the third respondent, the second respondent respondent is directed to register an FIR and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. If no cognizable office is made out, the second respondent is directed to close the complaint by passing appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of.
