1. With the consent of parties, case is heard finally.
2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“1. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to issue the appropriate writ/orders by directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 25.10.2025 and further please to extend the benefit to the petitioner, for grant of selection grade, with all arrears within a period of 01 month.
2. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to call the records of the court’s below.
3. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and cost of the petition may be awarded in favour of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed on emergency basis and thereafter she was made regular and appointed on the post of Assistant Professor. He further submits that similarly situated professors have earlier filed the proceedings with a prayer that respondent therein be directed to consider the service of petitioners therein which they have served as emergency professors. The writ petition was allowed vide order dated 06.01.2023 in writ petition bearing WPS No. 8375 of 2018. Petitioner has submitted representation based on the above mentioned order before respondent no. 3 which is pending consideration and, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on pending representation within specified time frame.

4. Submission made by learned counsel for petitioner is not opposed by
learned counsel for respective respondents.
5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent authorities along with all the supporting documents and in the event petitioner submit such representation the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the order.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
