They are claiming Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- and various other benefits in this writ petition. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that since petitioners have sought a writ of mandamus, and petitioner’s counsel submits that petitioners have made representation to the competent authority, therefore, he has no objection if writ petition is disposed of by directing competent authority to take decision in the matter. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners be permitted to make fresh representation. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioners to make fresh separate representations to the competent authority for redressal of their grievance. 6. If petitioners make representation within three weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by competent authority, as per law, within six months thereafter.
