Grant such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The learned counsel for respondent - Bank has filed a memo placing on record that an instruction has been received from the National Cyber Reporting Digitally Signed by CHEPPUDIRA MONNAPPA POONACHA - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010650792026 NC: 2026:KHC:54859 WP No. 29769 of 2026 Platform of the Ministry of Home Affairs to hold the account of the petitioner up to a cumulative sum of Rs.1,32,737/-. In view of the aforementioned, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent - bank to maintain a debit freeze amount of Rs.1,32,737/- in the bank account No.10501000014551 of the petitioner and permit the petitioner to operate the bank account beyond the said amount. 4.
