No.928 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026 on the file of Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram. 2.Mr.K.M.Ramesh, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would contend that though there is a reference in Crl.M.P.No.928 of 2026 to the effect that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/-, no such instruction was given by the petitioner to his counsel. It is their contention that, such statement was made without any instruction. 3.At this juncture, Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned Senior Counsel for the 2nd respondent would contend that the very same issue is now pending before the learned Magistrate in the cancellation of bail application. 4.In such view of the factual position, this Court is of the firm view that it is too premature to consider this factual aspect of this petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
