Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral). The present petition has been filed by the petitioner on account of non compliance of the judgment passed by this Court on 07.01.2026 in CWP No. 650 of 2026.
2. In the previous session, learned counsel for the respondents has sought time to have current instruction in the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 ( 2026:HHC:13700 ) matter. He has placed on record office order as passed by the Managing Director, HRTC on 27.04.2026.
3. As per the learned counsel for the respondents, the
judgment stands complied with.
4. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the respondents submits that though the present petition can be closed, however, liberty be given to him to revive the same, in case his grievance still remains unaddressed.
5. Liberty as prayed for is granted. The instant petition stands disposed of in view of the office order passed by the Managing Director, HRTC, on 27.04.2026.
