The applicant has filed this MCC seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 07.08.2025 passed by this Court in Second Appeal No.266/2020 (Smt. Snehal Moghe Vs. Smt. Pushpadevi Ramkrishna Purohit and Ors). This Court has made following observation in the said order:- "4. On due consideration, prayer made by the appellant is allowed. She is permitted to withdraw this appeal. Further, 60 days time is granted from today to comply with Orders dated 09.10.2018 and 17.12.2018 passed by the trial Court. If the Orders are complied with within the stipulated period, then the trial Court is directed to restore Civil Suit No.23A/2018 in its original number and after issuing notice to the defendants, further proceedings be carried out, in accordance with law." 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is old aged lady and she is residing with her son at Pune (Maharashtra), therefore, she could not comply with the aforesaid order within the time stipulated. However, if further time of 30 days is granted, the order dated 07.08.2025 will be complied with. 3. Learned State counsel stated no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4. On due consideration, further 30 days' time is granted to the applicant to comply with the order dated 07.08.2025 passed in SA No.266/2020. 5.
