The learned Government Counsel on instructions would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, 3rd respondent conducted enquiry, however during the enquiry, petitioner was absent and failed to cooperate for enquiry. Therefore, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, petitioner appeared before the respondent even then, the complaint was closed. 4. In view of the above, petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation and on receipt of the same, petitioner is directed to pass appropriate orders to provide police protection within a period of four weeks in accordance with law. 5.
