This Court by an interim order dated 02.05.2024 directed respondent Nos.1 and 2 to defreeze the savings bank account referred to supra and remove the lien and also permit the petitioners to access the bank accounts. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the interim direction issued by this Court, both the respondents have defreezed the aforesaid accounts and removed the lien attached to the bank accounts in question. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents also submits that after the defreeze of the accounts, the petitioners have closed the account in respondent No.1-Bank and insofar as respondent No.2-Bank is concerned, the balance outstanding in the account in question is zero. 6.
