Though notice served on the respondents 2 and 3 and name printed in cause list, no one appeared either by person or through by pleader. 3.The petitioner is maintaining Saving Bank Account No.9805000400005184 with the second respondent. While being so, at the request made by the third respondent, the second respondent 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P. Crl. No.939 of 2026 has frozen the petitioner’s account and did not permit the petitioner to operate the account. Immediately, the petitioner enquired with the third respondent and he was informed that he received a sum of Rs.58,000/- from one Dinesh while doing crypto currency transaction, however, nothing was disclosed with the allegation in the FIR registered in Crime No.568 of 2023. Further, the petitioner is not accused in Crime No.568 of 2023.
